佛山三水金水湾温泉度假村（四星级酒店）总占地面积400亩，总建筑面积49.7万平方米。目前建有酒店客房、温泉养身、高档餐厅、拓展基地、会议中心五大经营项目。景区内景致秀美、规划布局合理、设计新颖高雅、功能完备，以丰富的温泉旅游资源为依托，精心打造以露天温泉为主，集度假、休闲、商务、娱乐于一身的综合型旅游度假胜地。景区座落于闻名遐迩的中国长寿之乡三水芦苞镇。地处位置得天独厚，交通非常便利，2011年11月已隆重开业。该项目的宴会楼、接待楼、四合院、别墅的空调工程由我公司承接，宴会楼及接待楼采用水冷冷水型中央空调系统。四合院及别墅采用管道式空调。
